Job Description

Onsite only seeking a dedicated Full-Time Real Estate Office Broker and Transaction Manager to join the vibrant team at Florida Life Real Estate Group in sunny New Smyrna Beach, FL. You must have a current Florida Real Estate Brokers License. This is an onsite position only - not remote. We are looking for a professional individual with a strong work history and a successful real estate career to be the welcoming presence of our esteemed company. Key Qualities: Emphasis on longevity and commitment Primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and agents with a professional and warm demeanor Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Enthusiasm to learn and grow, experience in an Apple MAC environment is a plus Stable schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Competitive salary above industry standards and comprehensive benefits Application Process: Includes screening questions, job assessments, experience inquiries, and personality evaluation. Responsibilities: Type 50+ WPM in an Apple MAC environment with the trackpad Manage the real estate process from contract to close Manage Real Estate Agents and use back office technology Manage CRM and Transaction Management Systems Communicate with home buyers, sellers, agents, and vendors Coordinate with contractors, insurance vendors, lenders, appraisers, and inspectors Handle all administrative functions of a real estate office Assist staff and agents as needed Lead with a team player mentality Oversee operations of a busy real estate office and vendors Qualifications: Prior Real Estate or Title experience is required Ability to secure a Florida Real Estate License within 90 days if not already licensed Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and strong work ethic Tech-savvy and professional Ability to meet deadlines and handle documentation Positive attitude and high standards of excellence Strong spelling, grammatical, and computer skills Compensation: $60,000+ negotiable based on experience and background #J-18808-Ljbffr Bighornlaw
