Job purpose

We are seeking a Finance Intern who is currently studying Accounting and Finance. The role is to support the finance team with database management, automation, operations/administration and customer service for a growing and dynamic MSP business.

Duties and responsibilities

• Work as a member of the Finance team helping in various areas within the department
• Adhere to established best practices for accuracy, security and confidentiality
• Perform all aspects of tasks in the accounting department
• Work with the newest automating accounting tools
• Obtain a broad perspective of the dynamic role a finance department has in business
• Work with QB Enterprise, ConnectWise PSA and quoting Software

Requirements

• MS Office Suite

Working conditions

The Finance Data Entry position usually works regular business hours, but this position requires only 15 20 hours per week during business hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. This is a hybrid position.
