This is a field position (not inside) and requires working in all types of weather conditions. TRAINING PROVIDED for motivated candidates seeking to build a career. Responsibilities: - Perform pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties - Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment - Clean and prepare surfaces prior to pressure washing - Remove dirt, grime, mold, and other contaminants from various surfaces - Ensure the safety of yourself, customers, and property during pressure washing operations - Follow established procedures and guidelines for pressure washing services - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: -MUST have a high school diploma/GED. -MUST be a minimum of 21 years with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. -Must be able to work various shifts (as needed). -Must be willing to travel moderately. -Must be willing to submit to a background check. -Knowledge of different surfaces and appropriate pressure washing techniques (preferred) - Familiarity with various types of pressure washing equipment (preferred) - Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment - Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results - Excellent time management skills to complete projects within designated timeframes Skills: - Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions - Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials as required - Good communication skills to interact with customers and address any concerns or questions - Attention to safety protocols and adherence to company policies and procedures.
