The Club is seeking a strategic and operationally minded General Manager to lead all aspects of its day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on, visible leadership role responsible for financial oversight, departmental coordination, and ensuring a consistently high-quality member experience. The General Manager will work closely with the Board of Directors to align Club operations with long-range goals, enforce bylaws and policies, and drive organizational accountability.
Successful candidates will bring experience leading a private club or hospitality operation with a significant food & beverage component, along with a strong command of financial planning, people development, and cross-departmental integration. Familiarity with club management software (Northstar preferred), capital project planning, and governance alignment is also key.
