Exceptional Earning Potential : Enjoy a competitive base salary starting at $500K, with the added potential for an incentive bonus . If your Annual Gross Receipts exceed $1,000,000, you will receive 25% of the excess amount as a bonus—offering substantial earning opportunities beyond the base salary.
Fellowship Stipend : Up to $1,500 per month for up to 12 months, allowing you to focus on your ongoing development.
Ownership Opportunity : Become a partner and co-owner in 2 Endoscopy Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), providing the chance to build long-term wealth and gain equity in a growing practice.
