Now Hiring: Head Trainer/Head Coach – FS8 The Woodlands

Location: The Woodlands, TX

We’re FS8 — a global fitness brand transforming how people move, train, and connect. FS8 blends Reformer Pilates, Functional Training, and Yoga into one revolutionary, low-impact class model. With studios launching across the U.S. and worldwide, we’re building something powerful — and we’re looking for the right leader to launch our newest studio in The Woodlands, TX.

We’re hiring a Head Trainer who’s not just passionate about movement, but about people, purpose, and building community. This is more than a coaching role — it’s an opportunity to lead a team, inspire members, and help shape an entire studio from day one.

Who You Are:

• A certified trainer with confidence, energy, and natural leadership
• A people-first professional who connects deeply and motivates consistently
• Organized, proactive, and excited to help launch something new
• Passionate about coaching others toward their goals — and your own
• Driven to build strong teams and even stronger communities
• Certified by NASM, ACE, ACSM, or other nationally accredited programs.
• CPR/AED certified.
• Experience + 2 years similar position 
• Strong communication skills

️️‍♀️ What You’ll Do:

• Lead dynamic FS8 classes that blend Pilates, yoga, and functional training
• Mentor and manage a team of instructors to ensure consistency and excellence
• Build real relationships with members — and help them achieve results
• Manage scheduling, team development, onboarding, and performance feedback
• Monitor KPIs, track member engagement, and improve studio operations
• Support with community events, outreach, and studio culture development
• Work alongside studio leadership to help shape the business long-term

✅ What You Bring:

• Certification in group fitness, Pilates, yoga, or personal training
• At least 2 years’ experience coaching in group fitness or boutique studios
• Strong mic presence, cueing, and people skills
• Proven leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with performance metrics
• FS8 certification is a bonus (or willingness to complete during onboarding)
