Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to support their dynamic manufacturing facility in Pennsauken, NJ. This role is responsible for managing daily HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with federal and state labor laws. The HR Generalist will partner with supervisors and managers to support workforce planning, ensure a positive work environment, and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs to support a workforce of hourly and salaried employees.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for production and office roles, including onboarding and orientation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely administration of benefits, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, EEO, FMLA, and other applicable labor regulations.
  • Support training and development efforts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, UKG).
