We're seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and maintain current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate has trade experience and is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team! Qualifications

• A successful candidate must have strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills , along with a deep understanding of the HVAC wholesale distribution industry.
• A daptability, problem-solving, and relationship-building are also crucial for sustained success.
• 2+ years trade experience required.
• English is a must.
• Excellent employment track record.
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
• Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
• Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
• Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
• Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required
