HVAC Services - Energy Efficiency Internship

What you will do


We are currently seeking a student intern to join our Team for a summer 2025 internship. Our training program will give you the opportunity to demonstrate customer focus and prepare you to succeed in the HVAC services industry. In this program you will have a chance to apply your technical knowledge and work with customers to better understand energy efficiency in HVAC services and projects. The program consists of ten-weeks of training with time split between working hands on with service technicians, supporting account representatives, getting mentoring from service and general managers, and working with energy engineers on energy saving opportunities.

What we look for


Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited U.S. college, university, or community college
• Pursuing a technical bachelors, associates, or technical certificate
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
• Available to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks throughout Summer 2025. Ends 8/8/2024
• Hours 7.45am to 4.45pm (Monday thru Friday).
• Location: Raleigh Office
• Has transportation to travel locally to office and/or local jobsites

Preferred Qualifications:

• Engineering, Energy, HVAC, or STEM background
• Advanced skills required in Microsoft Excel
• Hands on, excited to see learn how equipment works
• At ease communicating with people of different backgrounds and skillsets
• Equally satisfied putting on a hard hat or presenting proposal to a customer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
• Strong sense of business and technical acumen
