Job Description

Large manufacturing company is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage budget of $100M+ for indirect spending
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop, execute, and maintain spending strategies.
• Evaluates and selects suppliers for quality, service, cost, and capability.
• Maintains competitive pricing and service model
• Sources and negotiates supplier agreements.
• Manages supplier relationships including risk management, ongoing value improvement, KPI measurement, business reviews, and contract administration.
• Identify opportunities for ways to reduce cost, improve service, and improve value.
• Performs various reporting and spend analysis to support business goals, including cost savings, cost avoidance, and cost increases.
• Improving procure-to-pay process and systems as well as P-card implementation.
• Oversees day to day requisition and purchase order activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum BA/BS, MBA preferred.
• CPG Industry Experience
• 7+ years experience in indirect procurement management in the manufacturing industry
• Ability to lead team sand influence stakeholders- comfortable working with senior leaders
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
• Results orientated

Strong preference for local candidates. Relocation may be considered for stellar candidates on a case by case basis.
