Job Description

The IT Engineer supports the daily operation, maintenance, and improvement of an organization’s information technology environment. This role assists with infrastructure, cloud platforms, security tools, and end-user systems to ensure stable, secure, and efficient technology services across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation and reliability of network infrastructure, cloud services, security platforms, and collaboration technologies.
• Assist with administration of Microsoft-based systems, including directory services, email platforms, identity management, and endpoint environments.
• Provide technical support for servers, workstations, peripherals, and software through both onsite and remote assistance.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and hardware components.
• Assist with system monitoring, data protection, backup processes, and endpoint security solutions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.
• Handle and install standard IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, and printers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Entry-level to early-career experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
• Familiarity with directory services, email platforms, cloud productivity tools, and basic networking concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with virtualization, cloud services, and security tools.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or equivalent knowledge.

Work Environment

This role is an onsite role with occasional field or remote support responsibilities and requires the ability to meet operational deadlines.
