As an Inside Salesperson, you will be an essential member of our team, contributing significantly to the success of the Norman S. Wright sales operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, with the ability to manage priorities and work independently in a professional manner.

As a direct interface with our customers, you will embody our commitment to service excellence, providing clear and persuasive communication about our business value, and managing ongoing business relationships with utmost professionalism. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist outside sales with bid preparation, submittals, and pricing of large equipment for HVAC systems
  • Generate Proposals for various HVAC products
  • Submittal generation for awarded projects
  • Process sales orders in INFOFACTS while interacting with incoming calls with mechanical contractors and mechanical engineers
  • Capture complete and accurate information for project database, complete orders and customer follow up
  • Track orders, mis-shipment and, handle change orders
  • Reviewing mechanical HVAC plans and specifications
  • Understand mechanical systems sufficiently to price and manage projects.
  • Manage existing business relationships
  • Interact with factory personnel for product support and engineering
  • Working directly with accounts payable department on vendor and manufacturer invoices
  • Participate in factory online trainings and sales meetings
