Develop instructional courses tailored to meet the desired learning outcomes and needs of the organization and the learners. Collaborate to implement strategies for educating and training employees to achieve higher levels of performance. Utilize a variety of techniques to define and sequence instructional content and strategies. Create curricula by quickly and efficiently learning/processing large volumes of information and by conducting research on subject matter. Remain supportive of business unit/organizational training needs and refresh the training and materials as needed throughout its lifecycle.
