Job Description
We are seeking an Instructional Designer to drive visionary experience strategies, storytelling, and system design at an enterprise level. The ideal candidate is a thought leader who can think big, align cross-functional teams, and bring complex concepts to life through visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute experience strategies that align with overall business and customer goals.
- Utilize strong storytelling skills to communicate complex concepts to executive stakeholders—translating insights into compelling visual narratives.
- Apply systems thinking to understand how different design elements and processes fit together across teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in Experience Strategy, UX, or related fields.
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively through visual storytelling "speaking in pictures."
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, RDS, and Figma for design and presentation purposes.
- Must have a portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling and strategic thinking.
Must reside in San Antonio. Relocation is not available.
