Job Description

Salary: $59,202 - 103,446 per year Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or a related Engineering field
• 0 to 3 years of relevant technical experience; recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a keen interest in learning new technologies
• Good organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
• Basic familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Foundational knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
• Initial experience with version control systems, especially Git
• Understanding of YAML-based configuration files
• Awareness of configuration management tools (like Ansible) and automation practices; hands-on experience is a bonus
• Interest in CI/CD pipelines, cloud technologies, and DevOps methodologies
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (such as DNS, IP addressing, ports, and firewall settings)
• Proficient in using VS Code, terminal/shell tools, and basic DevOps utilities
• Ability to cultivate strong working relationships throughout the organization with a customer-focused mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Assist in developing and maintaining Ansible playbooks and roles for automating configuration tasks across Windows and Linux servers under the mentorship of senior staff
• Collaborate in creating modular playbooks for various environments (development, testing, production) as part of team initiatives
• Learn and implement Ansible best practices by adhering to established standards
• Support the integration of Ansible workflows with CI/CD pipelines while working closely with experienced colleagues
• Help identify and resolve issues related to server configuration and automation with appropriate support
• Document Ansible playbooks, roles, and workflows for future reference and knowledge sharing
• Review logs and troubleshoot issues concerning automation, servers, or deployments
