Job Overview The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a 24- to 36-month developmental program available to individuals who are interested in growing their business acumen and restaurant leadership skills. Participants will rotate through Grand Opening Supervisor and Interim Manager positions, and may also work in Mobile Kitchen Lead or other temporary assignments. Responsibilities Grand Opening Supervisor – Recruit, schedule, and supervise Grand Opening Trainers; manage budget and consult with Operators on strategy, brand standards, and operations; support marketing activations; forecast sales; provide operational support for back office systems; create an exit strategy for the support team. Interim Manager – Manage all operations and Team Members at an assigned restaurant; recruit, hire, onboard, and supervise staff; develop training plans; conduct performance reviews; develop processes for compliance; assess business state and develop a 30/60/90‑day plan; analyze customer engagement and vendor performance; manage inventory and ordering; identify bottlenecks and solve problems; ensure restaurant readiness and smooth transition of the restaurant to the incoming Operator. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 5 years of leadership experience Ability to consume the entire Chick‑fil‑A menu without dietary restrictions Work independently with minimal oversight Keen business judgement and sound decision‑making skills Experience working with and leading teams Problem solving and analytical skills Provide clear and consistent feedback Manage conflict respectfully and timely Take responsibility and act promptly Listen effectively and seek to understand Curious about the needs of those around them Establish rapport and inspire others Communicate clearly and concisely Preferred Qualifications Valid US or Canadian driver license Physical Requirements Work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment Travel 100% of the time Work on weekends Travel Requirements 100% Compensation Annual starting salary $85,000 for exempt participants; hourly rate $30/hour for non‑exempt trainees.
