As an Executive Recruiter, you will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on the candidate and the client. You will manage both sides of the desk, helping your clients and candidates thrive. The Executive Recruiter is responsible for the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. You will need a sense of urgency, focus on existing clients, identify new ones, interview candidates, and match them with their dream organizations and careers. The role offers unlimited opportunities for career growth, with clear performance and financial goals.
To be successful, you should have a bachelor's degree, or five (5) years of professional work experience in lieu of a degree. You should also be adaptable, a team player, technically savvy, passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed, driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should have a friendly competitive spirit, ability to work in a remote or hybrid model, and exhibit the 4 H's: Honesty, Helpfulness, Human Connection, and Hopeful Spirit.

The anticipated salary for this position is $50,000 unless outlined below. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.

New York City, Long Island, and Westchester Counties - $64,350
New York- All Other Locations - $60,405.80
Washington - $77,968.80
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
