Licensed Insurance Agent – $21–$26/hr + Bonuses & Incentives
Location: Chester, VA | Colonial Heights, VA
Training: All training will be conducted in Chester, VA. Upon completion, your primary office will be in Chester or Colonial Heights .
Experience: Must have at least a VA Personal Lines Insurance License (VA Property & Casualty or VA Life License also welcomed!)

What You’ll Do
Advise and assist clients with their insurance needs
Quote, bind, and service policies across multiple carriers
Build relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
Meet performance goals while maintaining high-quality standards
What You Need to Bring
Required: VA Personal Lines Insurance License
Preferred: VA Property & Casualty License + VA Life License
Strong communication and customer service skills
