Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and licensed Title Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for managing title transactions from start to finish, delivering exceptional service to buyers, sellers, realtors, lenders, and attorneys throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough title searches, examinations, and clearances Prepare and review title commitments, policies, and closing statements Coordinate with all parties to ensure timely and accurate closings Resolve title issues with a proactive, solution-oriented approach Provide guidance to clients and team members on title and escrow matters Ensure compliance with Florida title insurance laws, underwriter guidelines, and internal procedures Qualifications: Active Florida Title Insurance License (Title Agent License required) Minimum 3 years of experience in title processing, closing, or underwriting Strong knowledge of Florida real estate law and closing procedures Experience with RamQuest or similar title production software preferred High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines efficiently What We Offer: Competitive compensation with bonus potential Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) Supportive and collaborative team environment Access to in-house legal expertise for complex transactions Opportunities for career growth and continuing education Stability and reputation of a well-established company Why Now?
