Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP , a leading global law firm with offices across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Litigation Docket Clerk to support our litigation practice firmwide. This role can be based in San Francisco, Seattle, Silicon Valley (Palo Alto), Orange County, Century City, or Los Angeles, with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule and flexibility for overtime. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining the firm's docket system for litigation lawyers across multiple courts and jurisdictions. Identifying deadlines and preparing master calendars for distribution. Obtaining filing information from court clerks and online dockets. Qualifications: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. At least one year of litigation calendaring/docketing experience, preferably in a large law firm. Understanding of court docketing and calendaring procedures; familiarity with federal, state, and county court rules. Excellent communication, proofreading, and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
