Pay : $15/hour for 13-hour workdays (that’s $195/day!), with overtime paid for hours over 40, plus room and board provided

At Three Rivers Senior Services, Inc., D/B/A Home Instead , we’re seeking dedicated Live-In Care Professionals to join our family in Mountain Home, Arkansas, and nearby communities. This is a true live-in role where you’ll be there for your client 24 hours a day, providing personalized care and companionship to help seniors thrive in their own homes.
What You’ll Do :
Brighten days with companionship that brings joy and connection.
Support clients with personal care , meal preparation , medication reminders , and light housekeeping to create a safe, comfortable environment.
Tailor your care to each client’s unique needs with patience and kindness.
No experience? No worries! We provide robust training to prepare you for success, whether you’re new to caregiving or have experience with dementia care or mobility assistance.
What We’re Looking For :
A patient, professional attitude and a genuine love for helping others.
A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Bonus: Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required—your compassion is what counts!
Your Live-In Role & Schedule :
This is a true live-in position : You’ll be present in the client’s home 24 hours a day , providing round-the-clock support.
You’ll be compensated for 13 hours of work per day at $15/hour (equaling $195/day), with overtime paid for any hours over 40 per week.
Each day includes 8 hours of designated sleep time and 3 hours for meals , with compensation provided if these times are interrupted.
Work as part of a caring duo: two Care Professionals share duties, rotating weekly between 3 days on one week and 4 days the next .
Schedules depend on client needs, typically focused on one client at a time. If a client’s needs change, we’ll thoughtfully pair you with another.
