Job Description

About the Position:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Certified Companion Caregiver to provide assistance and companionship for our client. The ideal candidate will be kind, patient, and experienced in providing both emotional and physical support in a home environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities/games.
  • Drive (client car) to appointments/errands.
  • Stay by client's side to prevent falls
  • Support with medication reminders and mobility assistance.
  • Accompany the client to appointments and social outings.
  • Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior to family or healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment.
Qualifications:
  • CNA/CMT
  • Prior experience in caregiving, particularly in a live-in setting, preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
  • Must pass background check and provide references.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
