Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for underwriting, loan origination, and delivering excellent customer service. You will work closely with clients to assess their financial situations, evaluate loan options, and guide them through the mortgage process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end loan origination process
Assess clients' financial information to determine eligibility and creditworthiness
Advise clients on suitable loan products and options
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Utilize mortgage software and systems to process applications efficiently
Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
Proven experience in loan origination and mortgage processing
Knowledge of loan regulations and industry practices
Strong financial analysis and underwriting skill
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Familiarity with mortgage software and related systems
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
