Marketing Proposal Specialist

A growing design and planning firm with a national footprint is seeking a Proposal Specialist with strong experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. This role is perfect for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment. You?ll work closely with marketing and leadership teams to craft compelling materials that showcase the firm?s capabilities and help win exciting new work across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior staff and business development teams to create persuasive and well-designed proposals, qualification packages, and presentation materials.
• Assist with the development of content and visuals that clearly communicate project approaches, team experience, and firm capabilities.
• Help maintain marketing collateral such as project sheets, staff bios, templates, and internal databases.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions to refine pursuit strategies and enhance proposal deliverables.
• Support other marketing initiatives as needed, from internal communications to external campaign efforts.

Qualifications:

• 2-7 years of marketing or proposal writing experience in the AEC industry required.
• Strong writing, editing, and layout skills with the ability to synthesize technical content into clear, engaging narratives.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to manage multiple deadlines, work independently, and contribute positively to a collaborative team culture.
