Position: Middle School Math Teachers (Grades 5-8)
Compensation: Up to $55 per hour!

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons tailored to your students’ unique needs.
• Cultivate a classroom culture rooted in high expectations and college readiness.
• Collaborate with faculty and leadership to analyze student data and refine instructional strategies.
• Share your best teaching practices and learn from your peers.
• Maintain open, positive communication with students’ families through regular updates and conferences.
• Create a safe, organized, and inspiring classroom environment.
• Foster respectful, supportive relationships with your students daily.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience preferred, especially in urban settings.
• Valid Ohio teaching license, Substitute License, or actively pursuing licensure.
• A deep passion for urban education and commitment to our mission.
• Expertise in your content area and grade level.
• Strong data-driven instructional skills.
• Professionalism, openness to feedback, and a growth mindset.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while contributing positively to a team.
