Job Title: Project Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center Location: OH City, OH Competencies: Dynamics 365 CRM (Functional & Technical), Agile Delivery, Communication Job Description We are looking for a Project Manager with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise to lead the rollout of a Dynamics 365 Contact Center solution . This role requires both project leadership and technical understanding of CRM capabilities, integrations, and Azure services. Key Responsibilities Manage Dynamics 365 Contact Center delivery (Omnichannel, Case Management, Telephony integrations). Drive project planning, execution, and Agile delivery with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with business stakeholders, Dynamics architects, and Microsoft partners. Oversee integrations with Azure Communication Services, Microsoft Copilot, and telephony systems (Avaya, NICE, Five9) . Identify and resolve project risks around data migration, customization, and deployments. Lead UAT, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare. Essential Skills Proven experience managing Dynamics 365 CRM implementations. Knowledge of Azure services, API integrations, and vendor management.
