About the RoleAs a Middle School English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher , you will ignite a passion for literature and foster an engaging classroom culture. You will guide students through the socio-emotional changes of middle school while emphasizing writing and discourse, empowering them to find their own voice. Our teachers are trained in research-based instructional strategies that prioritize discussion, enhance reading comprehension, and promote student agency. By the end of eighth grade, your students will be ready for the academic challenges of high school and beyond.

CompensationThe salary for this role ranges from $50,000 to $64,700 , determined by factors such as relevant teaching experience and educational qualifications. Candidates without full-time teaching experience will likely start at $50,000.
