In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up and breaking down event spaces, providing flawless food and beverage service, and anticipating guests’ needs with professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and other event equipment.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation and presentation.
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and with politeness.
• Ensure all guests have everything they need to enjoy their experience.
• Clean and organize event spaces at the end of the evening.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.

Requirements

• Some restaurant experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including tables and chairs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and move quickly between tasks.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations.
