Definition:
Under the direction of the Director of Business Operations, the Office Supervisor is responsible for managing the productivity of the Office Coordinators in our facility. The Office Supervisor will evaluate and restructure processes to ensure our patients receive excellent customer service while maintaining and/or improving the patient data we collect to create a comprehensive, patient-specific electronic medical record.
Preferred Qualifications:
Must have good organizational skills, reading, writing and proven communication skills. At least two years of experience in a leadership role in a medical office setting.
