Position Overview

We are seeking a board-certified Oncologist to serve as a Principal Investigator (PI) for oncology clinical trials. The PI will provide overall medical oversight for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocol requirements, ICH/GCP guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Principal Investigator on oncology clinical trials, providing oversight for all study-related medical activities.
• Ensure subject safety and data integrity across all phases of clinical research.
• Evaluate and screen study participants for eligibility.
• Conduct and document physical exams, medical histories, and study-specific assessments.
• Review adverse events (AEs), serious adverse events (SAEs), and assess causality and expectedness.
• Communicate with study sponsors, CROs, and internal teams throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Ensure trials are conducted in accordance with GCP, IRB guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in investigator meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Oncology
• Active and unrestricted medical license in UT

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience serving as a PI on Phase I-III investigational drug studies within oncology
