Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and driven Production Manager to lead our Optical Assembly operations and support broader manufacturing initiatives across the company. This role demands a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams, optimizing production workflows, and delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for aligning daily operations with strategic business goals, ensuring consistent quality and on-time delivery, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our production capabilities, driving operational excellence, and supporting long-term growth.
