Order Filler / Picker

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Order Filler / Pickers to support warehouse operations through accurate order fulfillment and inventory handling. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, teamwork, and precision-driven work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using pick sheets or handheld scanners
• Replenish and retrieve product from bins or shelving locations
• Verify order accuracy using computer systems, packing lists, and shipping labels
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
• Assist with physical inventory counts and location-based product verification
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in order fulfillment, picking, packing, or warehouse operations
• Cross-functional warehouse experience preferred (inbound, outbound, receiving, shipping-domestic and/or international)
• Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) strongly preferred
  • Examples include JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP, or similar systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count and verify inventory
• Ability to follow written and electronic instructions

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for up to 90% of the shift
• Regularly lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience preferred
