Overview

This career opportunity within our career framework is at Partner level for Technology/New Age consulting. The role will lead growth of the consulting business across strategic accounts like Apple and Meta, leveraging existing and emerging capabilities, and creating new strategic growth areas to deliver profitable growth. The Partner is expected to build C-level relationships and leverage strategic partnerships in collaboration with Global Account Executives and other business leaders. The role requires driving business development, sales, and strategic consulting engagements with key technology clients, helping innovative companies navigate complex challenges and unlock growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the consulting agenda across one or more strategic Technology/New Age accounts, managing business development, client relationships, shaping and selling engagements, and leading delivery.
• Partner with client executives to shape, define, and execute transformation strategies (e.g., customer experience, operational efficiency, product innovation, digital enablement, robotics/embodied AI).
• Develop differentiated consulting solutions leveraging emerging technologies including AI, GenAI, cloud, IoT, and data analytics.
• Identify and win new areas of work by maintaining a future-forward perspective on client needs.
• Cultivate strong C-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor to shape long-term client strategy and investment priorities.
• Collaborate with global account teams and cross-functional leaders to align on client goals, scale delivery, solve escalations, and ensure seamless execution. Drive brand visibility and thought leadership through publications, industry forums, analyst discussions, and digital channels.
• Lead and mentor consulting teams, building a high-performing, client-centric culture focused on excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a senior consulting or advisory role within Technology/New Age industries, with experience driving multimillion-dollar transformation initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen to leverage existing relationships, win new business, expand client relationships, and lead strategic growth.
• Deep knowledge of the Hi-Tech landscape, including trends and challenges across multiple areas (e.g., Trust & Safety, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Finance, HR).
• Executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills, including ability to craft high-impact messaging for senior audiences.
• Experience leading complex consulting engagements and multi-disciplinary teams across geographies and functions.
• Passion for innovation and transformation, with ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into client solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing consulting talent; fosters excellence across teams.
• Bachelors degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $190,000 to $265,000 . Based on the position, the role is eligible for Wipros standard benefits including medical and dental options, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other leave options.
