Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team at Computer Core. This is a work from home position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to support the CEO in managing daily tasks and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize the CEO's emails, calendar, and appointments
Coordinate meetings and conference calls
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
Handle travel arrangements and accommodations
Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and remotely
