Practice Details


Sanford Health is currently seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join the region's largest team of board certified, fellowship-trained pediatricians and pediatric specialists at its Thief River Falls, Minnesota clinic.


* Full time clinic practice with 16-20 patients a day


* Hospital call, rounding and newborn nursery


* Shared 1:5 call with Family Medicine providers


* Medical center is a spacious, modern 65,000 square foot facility


* Over 30 specialty services offered


* Brand new, $60 million, critical care access hospital

* Thief River Falls serves as a regional health center to a mostly rural population of 75,000


Compensation Package


Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $237,634 - $307,527 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
