Job Description

Genesis is currently seeking talented and motivated Piping Designers with 3D modeling experience to join an excellent team in the Newport News, VA area. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D models of piping systems using CAD or Shipconstructor software.
Collaborate with engineers and other designers to create accurate and efficient piping designs.
Ensure designs comply with industry standards and project specifications.
Participate in design reviews and provide technical support as needed.
Adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in 3D modeling software, specifically CAD or Shipconstructor.
Strong understanding of piping design principles and practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work overtime (OT) as required to meet project deadlines.
