Pay Rate/Range: $16/hr
Description: The Plastic Extruder is responsible for producing plastic parts, including santoprene and flexible PVC extrusions, based on production work orders. This includes checking that products meet the correct length, type, and color requirements, regrinding reusable materials, completing production paperwork, and keeping the work area clean. The role also involves following safety and quality procedures and helping identify and solve any production issues. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Job Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required. Candidates should be able to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16” and safely operate extrusion equipment. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs throughout the shift. Participation in required training and a strong focus on safety and quality are essential.

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm
