Harrison Gray Search has partnered with a busy family in Lincoln, NE, looking for a Private Household Manager. This is a dynamic. hands-on role that partners with two business owners to fully run the household. With three school-aged children, multiple pets, and a vast property, they are looking for someone who is experienced, highly organized, and energized by owning every detail of running a home with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, coffee, and lunches each morning; assist with school drop-off
• Maintain a clean, orderly home through daily tidying and light cleaning tasks
• Manage family laundry and keep spaces neat, organized, and stocked
• Grocery shopping, errands, meal prep, and maintaining household inventory
• Oversee all vendors, service providers, vehicle maintenance, and basic property tasks
• Provide pet care throughout the day and guide children in their pet responsibilities
• Support household administration: family calendars, online orders, returns, and documentation

What You Bring

• Experienced in household or estate management, hospitality, or similar roles
• Hands-on and action-oriented—you take ownership and don’t wait to be asked
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Experience creating and implementing SOPs is a plus!
• Comfortable navigating Outlook, calendars, and online systems
• Positive, trustworthy, discreet, and aligned with the family's values
• Able to work independently while staying in step with a fast-moving family
• Clean background check and driving record.
• You're open to working full-time from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay, ranging from $18-25 per hour, depending on experience.
