Overview:

Sign-on bonus available up to $10,000 and Relocation up to $7,500! 

• Schedule : 7:00pm-7:00am, Night shift, Full Time
• Department : Pulmonary
• Location : Forsyth Medical Center - Winston Salem, NC
• Unit Info: Come join the largest med/surg unit in the hospital. Patient population in this unit includes Covid-19, pneumonia, COPD, pulmonary embolism, influenza, and respiratory failure. The care you will provide and skills you will utilize will include trachs, vents, CPAP/BIPAP, and chest tubes.

• Education : High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required. 
• Experience : One year of relevant experience, required. 
• Licensure/Certification : Appropriate state LPN license, required. 
• Additional Skills (required) : Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills.
