Quality Engineer

Location: Onsite - Saint Paul Area, MN

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $43-$51/hour (based on experience)

We're seeking a Quality Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on ensuring the highest standards in product quality and supplier performance. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly influence product reliability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• Lead activities within the electronic Quality Management System (QMS)
• Develop and execute testing and inspection protocols for product validation
• Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions for quality issues
• Supervise and mentor team members, supporting their growth and development
• Collaborate across departments to resolve supplier quality concerns
• Monitor and report on quality metrics and supplier performance
• Conduct audits and manage supplier corrective actions
• Support product and process validations, including documentation reviews
• Apply statistical analysis to assess process capability and product acceptance

What We're Looking For:

Experience & Education:

• 3+ years in Quality Engineering within the medical device industry
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field
• Experience with CAPA processes
• CQE or CQA certification is a plus

• Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality tools
