We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Radio Technician to join a leading company located in the South Burlington, VT surrounding area.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Radio Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with mobile and two-way radio systems, automotive electronics, and/or in-building communication systems. This position involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting radio, siren, and lighting systems.

Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and service two-way radio communication equipment.
• Perform installation of lighting and communication equipment in vehicles.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and test communication systems and components.
• Assist with in-building electronics system setup and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Work closely with customers and team members to ensure quality and reliability of installed systems.

Basic Hiring Criteria :

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Radio Technician, Mobile Radio Installer, or Electronics Technician.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to work independently and in field environments.

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Motorola communication products and systems strongly desired.
• Background in automotive electronics installation or public safety equipment is an asset.
• Knowledge of in-building or RF communication systems a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
