We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst with at least 23 years of experience to support our investment, development, and/or asset management activities. The Analyst will be responsible for underwriting real estate transactions, conducting market research, preparing investment memos, supporting due diligence, and helping drive strategic decisions through financial analysis and reporting.
This position is primarily performed in an office environment with some open workspace settings; long periods of sitting and computer/keyboard use; reading documents; phone and other electronic equipment. Typing dexterity needed; minimal lifting (<20 lbs.), standing, climbing.
