Talent Aquisition Specialist - Recruiter
1st Shift 
We are adding to our team and looking to hire a Recruiter / Talent Aquisition Specialist to join our Recruitment Team. (Talent Acquisition Team). The ideal candidate will have strong office experience, great communication and interpersonal skills, able to quickly build relationships, and work in a fast paced environment. If you are interested in helping people get ahead and assisting businesses with their staffing needs - then this is the job for you!!

(Experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, general Human Resources, Hiring, Interviewing, supervisory, performance management, and/or other relavant experience IS Helpful - but not necessry).  Training for the right person Willl Be Provided!

Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition

Location: Appleton, WI

What’s the Job / Primary Duties:
 * Work with Hiring Manager's to complete a hiring needs assessment, identify open positions and required skills and qualifications
* Recruiter, Source, Screen and Qualify candidates using a variety of methods such as job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
* Identify, assess, place, and manage and advance a diverse talent portfolio of associates and professionals.
* Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Build and maintain excellent client and candidate relationships.
* Coach, Councel, Complete performance reviews
Maintain data in applicant tracking system

What’s Needed / Qualifications:

Requirements
Industry: 1+ year in recruiting, human resources, customer service, and/or sales (preferred - not necessary).
Strong Computer Skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. (BA is preferred - Not Necessary)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to quickly build and maintain relationships and raport
