Refrigeration Supervisor
📍 Heavener, Oklahoma

🕙 2nd Shift: 2pm - 11pm Monday - Friday
💵 Targeting $70k +/- depending on experience

A well-established, fully integrated food processing operation is looking for a Refrigeration Supervisor to support its 2nd shift operations. Supervise a team of 7 and oversee the maintenance and repairs of ammonia refrigeration systems.

Position Overview
The Production Supervisor reports to the Shift Manager and is responsible for managing all activities on the assigned production line. This includes driving safety, quality, yield, and efficiency while maintaining compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a Refrigeration Lead and a team of 6 Technicians.
• Maintain temperature to plant specifications and USDA requirements. 
• Maintains and up keeps all cooling and air handling machinery.
• Maintains accurate records.
• Maintains accurate preventative maintenance (PM) schedule to equipment specifications.
• Trains and supervises employees.
• Consistently maintains critical temperature requirements through-out facilities.
• Enforces safety rules.
• Maintains government regulations regarding ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Maintains Process Safety Management (PSM).
• Must have the ability to drive a vehicle for company business purposes.
• Must submit to and pass a background investigation. 
• This is a safety sensitive position.

Education & Experience

• 4+ years of refrigeration experience and ammonia refrigeration regulatory knowledge
• Experience overseeing teams of 7+ employees
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Food-processing environment experience is strongly preferred
