We’re hiring a full-time Respiratory Therapist to join the respiratory care team at a respected independent community hospital in Stayton, OR. This is a permanent, benefits-eligible role offering competitive wages, professional growth, and relocation support for qualifying candidates.
Respiratory Therapist
Competitive Rates: $37.54 – $51.00/hr DOE ($78,000 – $106,000 annually)
Provide respiratory care for patients with cardiopulmonary disorders in a collaborative, family-centered hospital environment
Perform patient assessments and deliver targeted inhalant treatments
Administer medical gases including oxygen, heliox, and nitric oxide
Manage mechanical ventilation, BiPAP, and CPAP
Conduct diagnostic testing (PFTs, EKGs, ABGs) and assist with emergency response teams
Participate in trauma and C-section support teams
Requirements
NBRC RRT or CRT and Oregon RT license (or eligibility within 6 months)
BLS and ACLS required; PALS and NRP preferred
Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with compassionate professionalism
