This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a seasoned Portfolio Manager with deep expertise and a strong track record in trading across the REITs space. What We're Looking For: Experience in Equity Long/Short environments - ideally within hedge funds or asset managers. Strong understanding of REITs fundamentals , valuation, and market dynamics. Proven ability to generate actionable investment ideas and contribute to portfolio construction. Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture. What You'll Be Doing: Conduct deep-dive fundamental research and financial modeling on publicly traded REITs. Monitor industry trends, earnings releases, and macroeconomic factors impacting the sector. Work closely with the Portfolio Manager to identify and evaluate long/short investment opportunities. Present investment theses and maintain coverage on existing positions. Direct mentorship from a highly experienced PM with a successful REITs track record. Exposure to a dynamic multi-strategy platform with robust infrastructure and resources. Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
