Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Release Manager for an onsite role in Shelton, CT. Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for the planning, management, and delivery of B2C engagements (implementations, managed services) Project Management of Complex Engagements (up to $5m): managing budget, resources, timeline and communication both internally and externally with the goal of delivering work on time and on budget.

  • Co-ordinate with different stakeholders for dependency and approval.
  • Support team to prepare release notes, run book & required documents/reports.
  • Present change requests in CAB.
  • Work on project planning, time allocation and estimation.
  • Prepare project timeline with milestones and dependencies.
Required Skills: • 8+ years Project Management experience.
  • Should be flexible in working hours as per project demand.
  • Must have knowledge of different types of change (Standard, Emergency) and change request process.
  • Tool knowledge - Service Now, Microsoft Project Plan.
  • Outstanding problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in Retail or Restaurants/QSR is helpful.
