Key Responsibilities: Prepare clean silverware for service. Clear dirty utensils, plates, and drinks from tables. Clean and reset tables promptly after guests leave. Maintain a clean service area, including sweeping and taking out trash. Assist guests throughout their dining experience, ensuring satisfaction. Effectively address and escalate guest issues to management as needed. Collaborate with teammates to meet guest needs. Help in delivering food to tables as required. Adhere to health and safety standards in kitchen and dining areas. Follow manager directives during shifts. Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.
