Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Roofing Sales Manager located in Hawaii on the beautiful island of Oahu. The Retail Roofing Sales Manager will be responsible for managing retail sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, recruiting, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include conducting sales meetings, training sales staff, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction from initial contact through project completion.

Based on experience, but should fall in the range of $100,000 - $200,000 annually.
