The Safety Engineersupports the manufacturing EHS programs by ensuring compliance with OSHA, ISO, and company policies. This role promotes a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace through training, audits, data analysis, and proactive risk prevention.Core Responsibilities

• Respond to safety concerns and coordinate corrective actions.
• Partner with associates and leadership to improve safety performance.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Support EHS compliance, training, and policy development.
• Track and report safety metrics and hazard reports.
• Assist with safety orientation, ongoing training, and communications.
• Promote employee health, wellness, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and ISO standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in standard computer software and data analysis tools.
